No. RipTide is not derived from tobacco and is not intended or expected to be used with any tobacco product. Tobacco-based products may contain impurities associated with the water or soil used to grow the crop, pesticide residue, etc. This premium tobacco-free nicotine (TFN) product is different. Tobacco is not used in the making of the product. It is tobacco-free.

The Ripstick is a proprietary pod system. All you need to do is remove the empty pod and replace it with a new one. You can keep multiple pods and exchange them as desired. Be sure to remove both the mouthpiece plug and the silicone cap on each pod before use.

You will typically get a least 1000 charges out of the battery before it needs to be replaced.

Yes, our team will send you a post-paid envelope, so you can return the device in question. We will investigate your complaint and send you a replacement upon receipt of the damaged unit. Check first for simple fixes, such as whether you have attempted to charge the battery and whether you removed the mouthpiece plug and silicone cap prior to inserting the pod.
